Next-day delivery is generally available on
all days (INCLUDING Sundays) at Phoolwala.com
for orders received before 12:00 noon Indian
Standard Time.
Please consider placing your order at least
two days before your preferred delivery date
so that the recipient may enjoy and appreciate
your thoughtfulness a little in advance.

Phoolwala.com is not responsible if addresses
filled in are wrong or invalid. We will try
to inform you immediately, but no refund will
be made
3. We shall take due caution to deliver the
flowers and gifts to the correct person at the
address in the order form. However this disclaims
any responsibility for damage and/or compensation
4. Changes in order can be communicated upto
36 hours before the delivery time of the order.
We will do our best to ensure the changes are
made but there is no guarantee on this count
5. All bouquets will be assembled as per the
description on the web page. However, bouquets
and gifts may be arranged differently from those
shown in the respective pictures
6. Phoolwala.com reserves the right to deliver
a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond
our control and such action shall not be deemed
as non-delivery
7. We will do our best to meet the date and
time of delivery as specified, but any delayed/early
delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle
the user for compensation
8. On the designated date of delivery, we will
make upto TWO attempts to deliver the bouquet
at the given address. If the recipient is unavailable,
Phool Time reserves the right to leave the bouquet
or gift with the receptionist/watchman/caretaker
of the building or any other such responsible
person with instructions for delivery to the
recipient. Under such circumstances, the delivery
will be deemed to have been completed
9. Disclaimer for deliveries to film stars/
famous personalities : Phoolwala.com expressly
states that it is not connected in any way to
the film stars / film personalities mentioned
on any web pages operated by Phool Time. There
has been no consultation whatsoever with any
of the aforementioned film personalities, and
personal details listed on respective pages
have been taken from public domain. Phool Time
will try its best to deliver the ordered flowers
to the listed addresses. However, the liability
of the company is limited to refund of the cost
of the bouquet in case deliveries are not fulfilled.
10. Please make sure that you enter the order
correctly. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
The right to accept or deny any order is at
the sole discretion of Bloom Florist Pvt. Ltd.
11. Claims for refund will only be considered
when there is non-delivery. If it is established
that delivery was not made, 100% refund will
be made within 24 hours of verification
12. Special Note on holiday
delivery of orders: Major floral holidays
- especially New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's
Day and Father's Day are very high volume periods.
Due to the increased demands on us as well as
our affiliate florists we may require 3 to 4
days advance ordering to ensure that your delivery
is made on the day requested. Delivery day flexibility
is desirable also.
During peak holiday times or special days (religious
holidays, election day in most Indian states)
we may be required to cut off acceptance of
orders a day before if all the fulfilling florists
in the area stop accepting orders. In such cases
we will inform you about the same by e-mail.
